Which are the Best Countries Volleyball Teams?

Basically you can choose a list of the most competitive and winner teams of the planet and create a list with those that wins a certain number of point of tournaments by seasons, and that's what the FIVB does in fact, each year the number one of the world could change but, exist some national teams who are used to being on top of the rankings.

History show us a group of teams both male and female who seems to be the countries where we can find the best volleyball, actually they are still on the main places of the world ranking of the 2011 for the update of October 2 (Men) and November 18 (Women) you can find for example the first place of each ranking which are Brazil is the number 1 in men's division and United States number 1 in women's division.

Russia is other of the countries close to the top of the ranking like Italy they and the national team of Serbia complete the three European countries with participation within the 6 firsts teams of the list of both categories, America has one more representative, the Cuban team who is the number 6 in men's division and 9 in women's.

Talking about other continent Asia has two teams in the female list Japan and China, third and fifth and I say just female because male side we can find China in place number 10, but Japan is moved all way down until the number 18, leaving space for countries like Poland and Bulgaria to fill the space left behind for this team.

Basically those are the teams who ruled the rankings and if we look back we could see almost the same list of volleyball teams fighting to get on those places, no matter if they are on male or female division but those are the countries which have found in volleyball a great sport and they have know how to improve it to be the best teams around the world.
